Depending upon convention, this could mean Wednesday post 23:59 or Thursday post 23:59.

This however, asserts it to be Thursday post 23:59.
If they do it this evening, and it is deliberate, they are starting to boggle my mind beyond it's boggling limit. They were given a single primary job : Give us a decent business internet connection. The inability for them to communicate succinctly is now a given, but not being able to tell the time is beyond forgivable.
I reckon they just messed it up, 'cause that's their MO.
I've been following this thread a while, I'm on the 200Mb Business service with the Hitron, with the same h/w version and the same firmware, connection has been live for around a week now, been really hoping that this would be resolved quickly as I had read about it before the line had been installed.
