The board you were posting in is for people having problems with email. issues.
If you want to start as a new customer again then you need to contact Virgin and tell them. You can ring on 0345 454 1111 - Depending on the length of time since you left you might not qualify for new customer discounts though.
Note if you have an email address with Virgin Media (and I really recommend people STOP using ISP email addresses - but that's another story) and you want to keep the existing address (assuming it hasn't already been deleted), you will need to let Virgin Media know so they can have it linked to the account using the Move and Transfer process as they won't do this unless specifically asked.
