Broadband Cancellation: Return kit not received.

It's been over a month that I ordered the return kit after cancelling my contract. No sign of it. Contacted Virgin Media, they shipped another one. No sign of it too.

It's a nice game they play to charge me 50 quid for not returning the kit?

Any help? Does anyone have the address of where to send the return kit?

can someone pick this up please - the system is [mostly] roken on return boxes - hopefully someone can do something better that - please ring 

a returns label used to be on offer when things got silly like this
