9th succesive uSwitch Fastest Broadband Award - Stop bragging! Do something unique!

Would be more impressed were you to give your loyal customers the same terms that you offer your new customers. 

Stop bragging about speed etc.
 
Start to reward your loyal customers.
 
Simply say "We will NEVER charge our existing customers more for their service than our new customers".
 
Now that would be something to brag about and set you apart from the other providers.

companies don't do that. discussed here many times. it is a business model that works across the whole industry. if you want the cheapest on every service change every single year. but that is why it works. most people do not.
