Forum Birthday Competition - General T&Cs
- The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.
- To enter the promotion entrants are required to register to the Virgin Media community and complete the feedback survey.
- All entries must be received between the launch of the competition on Tuesday 11th August 2015 and at 23.59 Monday 17th August. Entries received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
- Prize: There are 3 prizes: each consisting of aRaspberry Pi 2, microSD card, power supply, keyboard, mouse, Pibow case, cables, and stickers. You will be sent the kit in the week after the event taking place in August 2015. The prize does not include a monitor.
- We will draw the winners at random. The date of the draw is 18th August 2015. The winners will be notified via private message within 24 hours of the draw.
- If, for any reason, the winner is unable to respond with a postal address and accept the prize then an alternative winner will be selected.
- The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner, however if the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter doesn't receive a response within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter may deem the prize as forfeited.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entry.
- Where it becomes necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage without notice.
- The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to notification of any winner.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Personal data collected in the course of this promotion will be used for administering the promotion only and destroyed thereafter.
- The name and county of the winner/s will be made available after 31st August 2015 by sending an SAE to Forum Birthday Competition, Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London, W6, 8BS.
