Some customers may be experiencing issues connecting to Facebook and Instagram.
We're currently investigating this and hope to have full connectivity restored as soon as possible.

Apologies, but this is still on-going.

It would appear that this is affecting multiple service providers, not just ourselves, but we are continuing to work with all relevant parties to get this resolved.

Thank you for your continued patience while we get this connectivity restored.

Hi

We are aware that a technical issue is affecting access to Facebook for customers on many ISPs.
 
We are working with Facebook to restore full access for those of you affected by this.

Facebook have now confirmed they have found and fixed the fault.
