Bristol Slow Speeds / TV On Demand

Hi

I am sorry, but some customers in the Bristol area may be experiencing slow Internet speeds and difficulties using our TV on Demand service.

We are working hard to resolve this, and currently anticipate this will be resolved overnight.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused, and any updates will be posted on this thread.

RESTORED Bristol Slow Speeds / TV On Demand

The service in Bristol and surrounding areas is now back to normal for all customers.
