<P>Decided to come back and update this again. Since getting an engineer around on the 24th to investigate a minor case of... complete connectivity failure, they discovered that the tap my coaxial was connected to had snapped clean-off and had to be swapped and reconnected. We also had the Hub 3 replaced with a new one about a month ago. Since then, packet loss has continued to be a recurring theme, just as before. Games will randomly start rubber-banding and becoming unplayable. Since getting an engineer around on the 24th to investigate a minor case of... complete connectivity failure, they discovered that the tap my coaxial was connected to had snapped clean-off and had to be swapped and reconnected. We also had the Hub 3 replaced with a new one about a month ago. Since then, packet loss has continued to be a recurring theme, just as before.
