No it was just the essential entertainment package and that was a month ago now, allegedly it's being sorted and someone will get back to me in 48 hours but that was around 8 days ago

Ashleigh I'm getting a similar issue. Netflix is stuck on removing it, but this wasn't requested! Disney plus is stuck on pending, but on Disney's app says connected to virgin media. Then on other days says not connected and I get charged by Disney!
