Virginmedia secondary email address password reset

there is no method on the virginmedia support site to change or reset a virgimedia secondary email password and after a 35 minute conversation with the helpdesk they clearly do not know what to do! ...

You cannot reset password on website. Is that enough detail ?

Regrettably no. Are you able to detail the steps taken and what, if any, error message is shown, for example:

  1. Entered email address and selected Sign in
  2. Selected password
  3. Re-entered email address and selected Continue
  4. Following error message was shown:
