This is not helpful - I am not trying to log into my primary email account from a 3rd party application but reset one of my secondary email logon passwords...
Primary email: [REMOVED]@virginmedia.com - I can logon fine to this account and can find no way to reset the password of the secondary email: [REMOVED]@virginmedia.com
This is necessary to set up [REMOVED]@virginmedia.com email account on a new mobile device - please provide specific details not just a link to potentially helpful post, thank you
