This is not helpful - I am not trying to log into my primary email account from a 3rd party application but reset one of my secondary email logon passwords...
Primary email: [REMOVED]@virginmedia.com - I can logon fine to this account and can find no way to reset the password of the secondary email: [REMOVED]@virginmedia.com
This is necessary to set up [REMOVED]@virginmedia.com email account on a new mobile device - please provide specific details not just a link to potentially helpful post, thank you

Primary account can only delete secondary accounts, i.e. it cannot be used to reset secondary account password.
To manage the secondary account you must sign in using its authentication credentials; if you have forgotten its password then reset it here Forgotten your Password? | Reset Here | Virgin Media
You will need to generate the App Password, mentioned previously, for use with mobile device's mail application.
