Virgin community emails going straight to spam folder

Started about a week ago any replies I get from the Virgin community go straight to my spam folder so I obviously don't know about any replies. Can one of the forum team push this in the right direct...

All email notifications of posts still go to Spam folder instead of inbox. Needs resolving.

It must be more difficult than you think to fix this problem, only been waiting since March for a fix.

    roy247 Sometimes it's about talking to the right people.  It helps if you have the right info.
