Hi Ashleigh,
it is a Virgin email address, but old @blueyonder.co.uk.
It's happening every time with one or multiple attachments.

Thanks for coming back to us Caroline20, are you using an email client or our webmail service to send attachments?
If you're using webmail, are you okay to try and clear some of the previous sent items with attachments and then to resend the emails that aren't going at the moment.
