I'm a "@virgin.net" user, so it would be good to know where I can find service status for email too, as I've been affected by the issues today but couldn't find any official notice of a fault from Virgin themselves.
AMW80 I was looking at the 'status' tab on the My Virgin Media App. Email issues are dealt with in the Broadband section.
If you don't use the app you can also use this link: Check Service Status | Broadband, Landline & TV | Virgin Media
Again it is the Broadband section that you need to look at.
