Virgin Media Mail is having issues at the moment. Fault noted on the Status page F011255401.
Which status page are you seeing that fault on? On the usual Virgin Media service status page I can only see high-level Broadband, TV or Phone categories, but nothing for email services.
I'm a "@virgin.net" user, so it would be good to know where I can find service status for email too, as I've been affected by the issues today but couldn't find any official notice of a fault from Virgin themselves.

AMW80 I was looking at the 'status' tab on the My Virgin Media App. Email issues are dealt with in the Broadband section.
If you don't use the app you can also use this link: Check Service Status | Broadband, Landline & TV | Virgin Media
Again it is the Broadband section that you need to look at.

Strangely. although the status page is showing there is a problem in my area which could affect email in my area, I have not been seeing an issues with VM email today. "Could" is the operative word I guess.🤔
