I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account and trying to get this closed, the team should have been able to get this done the first time that you asked to do that. What have you been advised about this the times that you have attempted to log the issue to get your email removed from our systems? Do you know if anything has been logged and do you have any references? Any issues logged can take up to 5 working days to be resolved, so this may have been raised the last time that you spoke to the team.
