Hey rob I’m having a similar issue, my ntlworld email was hacked as well, they’ve changed the password. I’m not sure how tbh I’m not a virgin media customer anymore, and so I didn’t think the password could even be changed (I’ve tried in the past). Anyway I was wondering if you could help my either recover or delete this email account. I could see this person accessing my accounts all of which are having details changed but also creating new accounts with my email. So I was wondering if you could help at all.

I'm very sorry to hear that your account has been accessed too. I can certainly help get the account deleted for you, as if you haven't been a customer for over 90 days, the account should have already been deleted. I've sent you a private message.
