I have spoken to both the helpdesk and gadget cover who reset my password and this has failed to fix the issue.
I am getting an error.(I have removed my email for personal reasons)

Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Outlook is essential for me so I need this to be working asap.
It worked for a short time yesterday when you resolved the issue, then broke so is something on your side.
Possibly the SMTP server.
