watwatty If you delete the secondary account via your Primary My Virgin Media account it should delete the blueyonder email address attached to it fully. Occasionally it has been reported that only access to the address is deleted rather than the full email address.
After you delete the secondary account you should be able to check that the blueyonder address has been deleted by sending an email to it from another address. You should get a non delivery message returned say the mailbox doesn't exist. Check a few days after deleting the account and if you don't get a non delivery message then post back and the VM Forum Team will be able to investigate for you.

I did try what @robert_p asked and deleted my secondary virgin media account which was linked to my blueyonder email account but unfortunately this has not fully deleted my blueyonder email account as I can still send emails to it.
I think this will need VM IT team to fully delete it.
