I have forgotten my security details password for access to my ntlworld email address

Hi,   I hope someone could help me please.  I can no longer access my ntlworld email account via outlook as it is now asking me for my password, but because I changed this to a 4 word phrase recomme...

mojo280776 When logging into the My Virgin Media account for the email address concerned you need to use the third party email address that you set as the username when you previously generated the app password.  You need to use the VM account password not the app password at this stage.
