How can I stop emails going to spam?

Emails from some senders such as Tesco and ZOE (healthy advice) always go to spam. If I mark them as not spam they are moved to my inbox but then are returned to Spam. I've tried adding the sender ad...

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with these mails being marked as spam. 

Are you using webmail directly or using a client/app? When logging in to webmail directly, you can add the email addresses to a safe sender list. You can find more help relating to email here.

    I am using webmail.

    How do I set up safe senders? There seems to be no mention in the link you supplied.
