Sadly we don't have an app or any other means of accessing the Virgin Mail - I'm afraid this is a classic case of lack of continuity and succession planning - when a Board member leaves the organisation checks like this should be made, and because it was such a long time ago predating when I started, this hasn't happened. It's a very hard mistake but looks like there's no way we can access the emails - frustratingly most of our contacts are on there.

In my post I did give you a link to the Thunderbird website https://www.thunderbird.net where you can download the Thunderbird email client for free. I have used that for many years.
At least it's worth trying to see if you can get access to the emails..
