Email account blocked

I checked my emails before I went out this morning.  I have tried again this evening, but I get a message saying that the account is blocked. I have no idea why that should happen.  How can I get it...

It is a secondary account.  I had a call from VM yesterday.  I now have to access it using a gmail login, which seems bizarre to me.
