Cannot access my email
I cannot access my main vm email account. I'm disabled and this account I need to see, but vm email login dose not reconize it and thunderbird saids auth problem. What can I do?

Are you still getting the same error from the screenshot provided earlier in this thread?
It would be good to know if you have tried resetting your password? If not please do try this and let us know if it clears the error!

Thanks to AngelAnnie for PMing with me ๐ฉ we were able to confirm the details needed to offer support.
After taking a closer look it appeared there was no active My VM account for the email address experiencing the issues.
Every email account needs to have an active and connected My VM account so that 3rd party app passwords can be generated. You can manage your My VM accounts (including checking any subusers) with the information providede in this help page ๐ How to manage my account | Virgin Media Help
