Cannot access my email
I cannot access my main vm email account. I'm disabled and this account I need to see, but vm email login dose not reconize it and thunderbird saids auth problem. What can I do?

Are you still getting the same error from the screenshot provided earlier in this thread?
It would be good to know if you have tried resetting your password? If not please do try this and let us know if it clears the error!
