Cannot access my email
I cannot access my main vm email account. I'm disabled and this account I need to see, but vm email login dose not reconize it and thunderbird saids auth problem. What can I do?

What's happening exactly when you try to sign in? Also, are you experiencing the same problem through both webmail and an e-mail client app?

I can download it to thunderbird and mobile phone, but not online. I've screenshoot of what's happening and also it's not connecting to my vm account.
