Can I find out if my ntlworld email account has been closed down?
As of a few days ago I can no longer access my ntlworld email account. Does anyone know if there is any way to find out if this account has been closed? Thanks, Basil

The easiest way to check is to log into your primary Virgin Media account and look to see if the email account is listed as your primary account or as an additional account under the tab towards the bottom of the screen for Other My Virgin Media accounts.
