Blueyonder password

Good Morning,
I have recently purchased an IMac and am having difficulty adding my blue yonder email account. I think the issue is around the passkey. I have also forgotten the password I used when I set up blue yonder on my iPhone etc as it was a randomly generated one. When asked to add account, I have tried various options but these seem to be wrong as I do not have my blue yonder password. Any ideas?

    Are you still a paying VM customer?  Did you setup the new mandatory VMO2ID user account?  Can you sign in with the VMO2ID and access your mailbox via Webmail?  Did you create the new four word "app" (email client) password for the mailbox?

    It's all changed for email with VM since about last July or so, and the new mandatory ID and "app" password is some of the changes ...

      Thanks. Sorry I did not get back to you before. I got it sorted. I found the change password facility.
