Blocking emails not working

Blocking emails is not working as they are still coming through from the same source after placing a block. How do I overcome this.

      There is no blocked address list option showing on my virgin media

        Hi rossibb, 

        Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

        To access the block list, you'd need to be signed in to webmail. This will not show in the settings of My VM.

        To access webmail, once logged in, scroll down to Virgin Media mail. Once the page loads, you'll find the blocklist in settings there.

    The VM blacklist/blocklist function is merely a type of filter that moves blocked emails to the spam folder.  It doesn't stop them coming through completely.
