Legal action against Virgin Media
Has anyone had experience in taking VM to court? After being over charged for months and a huge price rise when my contract ended I’ve been trying to cancel but unbelievably they are simply refusing....

If it's any help. I used the ombudsmen to get compensation after they delayed my installation for 2 months. I ended up getting about £140 if i remember correctly. So if you've got the proof you'll be alright.
I reckon the ombudsmen isn't suprised by anything at this point.
