Dropped kerb

Hi, I needed some advise in regards to a recent dropped kerb application I have made to the council and I need to get in touch with virgin media to get the chamber outside my house with removed or strengthened. I have called numerous times but no response. Just to add I am not a virgin media customer and I need help.

  • Hello,
I understand how frustrating it can be to not get a response. Since you're not a Virgin Media customer, you can try contacting them through their general customer service number: 0345 454 1111. Explain your situation and ask to be connected to the team responsible for dropped kerbs or infrastructure.

If you still don't get a response, consider reaching out via their social media platforms or email support, as they might be more responsive there.

    Best Regards,

There will be a non-refundable survey fee of about £240-ish to inspect the site and produce a quote for the work.

It can be quite expensive see https://community.virginmedia.com/discussions/Wireless/who-should-pay-to-move-the-underground-box-please-suggest/5542016/replies/5595595#M600306
