Xgs-pon down South Wales (Fault ticket - F011072779)

So I had fttp installed a few days ago. Top package (1132mbps) and all working fine for a few days. Since 11pm last night (roughly 12 hours) it's been off completely. Restarted the hub 5x multiple ...

Same here in Pontypridd- got told at 3pm that every user with a hub 5x is affected. Expected fix in 24 to 48 hours

Hey all 

Pontypridd area - mine has been down since 7am - after several phone calls they confirmed to me this afternoon that every user with the new hub5x is affected. They have me an expected fix of 24-48 hours when I last called at 3pm
