Wifi pods not connecting to new hub

I've just received the new hub 5 after upgrading my VM broadband. The signal is still very poor in parts of my house and now my wifi pods won't pair with the new hub.

I've tried rebooting everything, using WPS button, etc. 

They're on the VM app but show no connection, do I need to call VM to verify the pods to the new hub? 

So frustrating as I upgraded after being told I wouldn't need boosters as the hub 5 is much better.... Low and behold I still have the same issue and am now paying more a month and still need the boosters. Not very happy at all, I could have just stayed on the previous plan!
