I've had a look and can't see any issues on our side,
Can you confirm if you've tried a reset of the hub recently?

i have rest the hub about 400 hundred times
literally as i type this it just happened again all devices dropped wifi wired still working

I have checked the systems at our side again, and there are no issues that we have identified that might be causing this ongoing issue for you.
There was some signal concerns on Monday between 1pm - 5pm but that have since been fully resolved and there was no issues prior to this so would not have been the cause of your concern.
We also cannot see any moments in the last 7 days were your router has dropped connection itself.
Are you able to set up a broadband quality monitor for us and share your live link to see if there is anything that flags up there for when you have experience a drop in connection? It monitors your connection 24/7 and provides diagnosis of any underlying issues
