Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the services since the Wi-Fi pod has been connected.
Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing, or if this has since been resolved?
Are you currently able to connect to both bands and the Wi-Fi pod also?

I got the bands sorted out but I still can't get the app to connect to the server. Don't want to try the pod again until that's been sorted.

Thank you for popping back SalmonBuddie to confirm, are both bands connected now as one and the Hub is in router mode?

Both bands connected but with separate names and Hub is in router mode.
