SuperHub 5 - Password not working when trying to log into hub

I'm trying to login to the hub so I can put some time restrictions on my nieces internet access When I try and enter the password its saying not recognised 60 second hub reset attempted, no luck....

Are you using the correct password? There are two printed on the label. 

But be aware that any restrictions set by the Hub can be easily bypassed with a little knowledge, which children pass around.

Sometimes adding a space after the last character of the password before clicking Enter helps.
