We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with the WiFi speed. Checking things here, I can see the hub is online and there are no faults in the area affecting you. The signal and power levels on the hub are optimal but I've not been able to run more in-depth checks as the hub is currently in modem mode.
As it stands, from your screenshots, the hub is receiving the full speed so the issue is the connection from the hub to the device. As pointed out above, we only guarantee a speed of 30mb via WiFi and your speed results show your connection is reaching these.
As you're using a third party router for the WiFi, we're unable to offer further support for you although the community can offer tips and tricks to help with different settings that may help to increase the WiFi speed.
If you would prefer to put the hub back into the usual router mode, let us know and we can offer support.
