Redo the cables for broadband connection

Hello

I'm in the process of fitting new windows. My broadband cables currently run through my old windows and would like to know if VM can redo the cables via drilling the hole through the wall instead of the window frame. If so, what is the best way to get in touch and schedule a visit? Seems to not be able to get in touch.

    There will be a charge of £25 for the work.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
