Is it the Philips TVs or some form of "non-commercial programs" that are reporting the Restricted Access ?
Hi In DHCP mode IPv4 DNS1 is 194.168.4.100 and DNS2 is 194.168.8.100. Change to Static IP mode and the 1 in 194/168 numbers remain constant in DSN1 and 2 that 1 cannot be changed so I cant add 208.67

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues connecting your TV to the HUB5.
Please can you advise what model you Phillips TV you have?
Has it ever connected at all, then maybe it has dropped out?
Have you checked to see if the the TV is on restricted access at all?
How far is the router from the TV?
Hi Matthew thanks for the interest the TV is just over a year old its a Philips 65PML9636/12 65 Inch Mini LED 4K Ultra HD Smart Ambilight TV. The tv worked fine and connected to the internet without any issues using the last router. Its only been problematic since the Hub 5 was in place. From some of the others chipping in the tvs and new Hub 5 are not communicating correctly. The Hub 5 is not seeing the tvs as they are not in the connected items list when logging into the router.
Hi Matthew. I tried altering the tvs IP allocation manually as someone suggested they suggested but the tv will only give me a limited access to what can be changed.
Sorry forgot to say the routers about 4 mts and Im getting between 400/500 mbs on my phone in the same area.

Sorry again that you're still having issues with the TVs We're at a bit of a loss here with how much support we can offer with a 3rd party product.
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer about this? It may be some they are aware of and have a workaround.

Hi Gareth_L. Thank you for joining in the problem remains unsolved. The tvs worked and connected perfectly with the older virgin router since changing to the Hub 5 these tvs are the only Items in our home that don't connect correctly. I have contacted Philips and they are also looking into it. I was wondering if I bought another router and put the Hub 5 into Modem mode would that work?
