Permanent red light on Hub 3

I think I need a new router. I've tried turning off and on, pin reset and making sure it's ventilated. The red light is on permanently and the connection is slower than normal and less consistent. Would someone be able to help please?

I'm afraid the forums aren't an instant messaging service and it can take a couple of days before staff respond to your thread.  They generally answer the oldest posts first, so bumping yours by adding further comments moves it further back in the queue.

Well yes, ‘should’ be replaced, the issue will be getting anyone to actually do it!
