Parental Control not working

The parental control for my home broadband is not working as expected and doesn’t block adult websites. Please advise.

Please can you help me as parental controls blocking adult sites via Google app but you can freely access them via Safari. Thanks

        Did you receive a Private Message from my colleague Matthew_ML? 

        Have you been able to check if the settings work on any other devices? As jpeg1 has asked, is there a VPN running on the laptop at all?
