Woa those Realspeed results are absolutely nonsense & the test failed to complete on the device.

Yep it's impossible to get it to work properly. I can tell somethings wrong because the test often fails to complete at all, and often the device speed is even higher than the router speed because of the high fluctuations throughout the duration of the test. Using the virgin service page is now saying they are unable to connect to my router (even though I still have Internet access, albeit inconsistent and poor quality)
