I lost all services at 13.05 today. No tv or broadband. According to your great customer services the flashing red light on my hub 5 means it is over heating and that is why I have no tv or broadband...
Also confirmed two neigbour the same. Very annoyed as agent chopped chat wihtout confirming if an engineer appointment was set up either.
VM will not send a technician if there is an area fault. I'm guessing the storm may have something to do with the outages all over the place.
