After testing, due to the low speeds the app directs me to order pods through the website as it says this functionality is not available through the app. When I go to the website it says to use the app to order! There’s seemingly no phone or live chat option now so I am stuck.
Please could someone advise.

I'm also facing a similar issue with ordering WiFi pods, and it's really frustrating. The back-and-forth between the app and the website is making it impossible to get the pods I need for better coverage. If anyone has found a solution or knows how to actually get through to someone who can help, please share!
