Still no luck. I've tried chasing but i'm still getting conflicting answers. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

    Hi Arissa

    Id love to report progress has been made on this - but i've heard nothing.

    I've reached out to the VM twitter team on a couple occasions each month to ask if any progress has been made - nothing. All I get in response is "we're waiting for the field area manager"? It's been over 6 months now.

    Any assistance you could provide would be gratefully appreciated, given OpenReach have pushed back their FTTP install date in my area to 2026.
