Your BQM is very likely not pointing at the correct WAN IP.

So I need to access the router settings and check the router is configured to respond to ping requests on its WAN/Internet port?
Ill try tomorrow as no devices can connect to it

This any good to you? Daily the hub 5x flashes white and loses all wired and wireless connection
