Network connection issues on the gigabit speed package

Hey there I'm having issues with are houses WiFi, so ever since the new hub it doesn't do it as much. The issue is the contant disconnections, up and down speeds and it's only when we ring em up it ...

Get a better 3rd party router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode

    That doesn't make a difference much should it, the hub 5 is apparently plenty powerfull. Does this really make that much of a difference

    We have a the issue on lots of are hubs from hub 3 and tbh we pay so much they should be able to fix it.
