Hey Wonderchuka, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the Connect app.
Please can you check to see if there is an update for it, and the phone is fully updated?
Has it worked at all since Monday?

Hi Matthew,
Still no luck unfortunately every time I rest from the hub page it shows the same issue and the app shows the same aswell! Speed is still being inconsistent aswell dropping to below 100 at random points of the day.

Have you got any VPN's on the device? Or split the WiFi bands?
In relation to the speeds, how are you testing, wired/wireless and what devices?
