Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. I have been able to look into your connection on our live system and can see that your downstream power levels are too high and this is the likely cause of the issues that you're experiencing.
